Denise Rae-Murray is a seasoned HR leader with over 15 years of experience driving large-scale transformation and process optimisation across global organisations. As Vice President of Global HR Business Process Outsourcing at DHL Supply Chain, she leads the standardisation and digital transformation of HR, payroll, and data management processes across 46 countries in Europe, Asia Pacific, North America, Latin America, and the UK & Ireland—supporting a workforce of more than 200,000 employees.

Her expertise spans business partnering, employee relations, leadership coaching, policy development, and HR technology implementation—including the global deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud and Recruiting. Denise is passionate about designing purpose-driven people strategies that combine operational excellence with genuine human connection and engagement.
