| Sian Rowlands is Wales & West Utilities Innovation & Funding Manager. She is responsible for managing the company’s Net Zero and Customer Vulnerability innovation strategy and project portfolio. An experienced project manager, she started work in the gas industry in 2015 after over 20 years’ experience in the chemical, financial and outsourcing sectors, delivering business change and digital solutions to improve the customer experience. Previously a Business Architect in the Wales & West Utilities IT team, Sian helped develop the company’s IT plan for GD2, including investment in digitalisation and cyber security and is a Six Sigma Black belt. She also represents Wales & West Utilities on the Energy Networks Association Gas Innovation & Governance Group. |
