At Four Agency, he leads the integration of generative AI to accelerate innovation for the agency and its clients. Combining sharp strategic insight with deep technical expertise and hands‑on development experience, Luke bridges marketing and technology seamlessly. He joined Four in 2021 through its acquisition of Marmelo, the creative technology agency he founded. Prior to that, he led digital for the team delivering London’s Olympic legacy, and has worked between the UK and the Gulf region since 2008.
