Jayne Brewer

I am Chief Executive Officer at 2B Enterprising – an enterprise education provider delivering innovative resources and solutions to primary schools across the UK.

I am responsible for the strategic direction and growth of 2BE – championing the development of healthy, ambitious, ethical and enterprising citizens of the future.

Passionate about enterprise and our individual responsibility to encourage young people to fully explore their future opportunities – I have joined this organisation to make a difference and support those in schools to deliver exciting, vibrant educational resources to develop entrepreneurial skills.

Previously Deputy Director at Wales Millennium Centre and Head of Employer Development at Gower College Swansea, I have extensive experience in Strategic Management, Communications and Development. I was Director of an independent management consultancy in Swansea for 12 years – with expertise in Business Planning, Marketing, Communications, Research and Organisational Development. I worked on a number of Welsh Government funded programmes (inc Workforce Development Programme and Investors in People) and delivered baseline, interim and final evaluations for WEFO funded initiatives in FE/HE which focused on working collaboratively with commercial organisations.

With a BSc in Economics, MA in Marketing, 8 years as a Chartered Marketer, CMI L7 Strategic Leadership and, most recently, CIPD L5 People Management, I have utilised my skills and experience to secure contracts with both public and private sector – working directly for the Welsh Government, as well as with Support Agencies, Local Authority Economic Development departments, the Arts and Cultural Sector and most recently Education and Training in Wales.

I have lectured on the MBA at UWTSD and the Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing for the CIM.
