Nicolas Pitrat

Nicolas is CEO and Chairman of BRUSH Group, a leading engineering solutions provider with a rich heritage spanning some 150 years. Providing critical electrical engineering solutions to UK infrastructure, under Nicolas’ leadership the company has enjoyed renewed growth, expanding into new areas and sectors. With this growth has come the creation of new UK-based roles, which has seen the company’s workforce grow significantly across all levels, including the addition of dozens of apprentices.

Strategically focused and with a strong financial background, Nicolas’ career with BRUSH began in 2019 when he joined as Chief Financial Officer and successfully guided the business through a significant reshaping, resulting in the creation of the business we are today. In 2023 he was appointed CEO and continued the transformation of the business, growing the Group even further. In September 2025 he was made Chairman of the Board.

With extensive multinational experience, Nicolas holds a degree from ESSEC business school in France.

He is based in the UK and has both French and UK citizenship.
