Louise Harris MBE is a recognised leader in the UK tech and innovation ecosystem, recently ranked No.10 in the AI100 UK 2025 and appointed to the UK Invest in Women Taskforce. As Co-founder and CEO of Tramshed Tech, Louise has built one of the UK’s most successful networks of tech-focused workspaces and business support hubs, helping thousands of startups and scale-ups connect, collaborate, and grow. Tramshed Tech delivers impactful programmes such as the Google for Startups incubator and CCR and Barclays AI Enable programme, with support designed to accelerate growth through access to investment, talent, and international markets. Louise has advised both UK and Welsh Governments and has represented the UK tech sector on global stages including No.10 Downing Street, the British Embassy in Paris and this year Japan. 

A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech, Tramshed Tech launched Wales’ first female founder-focused accelerator and is now supporting the delivery of £250 million of funding to be invested directly in female-led businesses across the UK.
