Richard Casey

Richard, or Richie as he prefers, has deep technical expertise in the global semiconductor industry, specialising in program development, operational excellence, and large-scale facility retrofit and transformation. As Program Development Group Manager at Arcadis/DPS Group, Richie is responsible for shaping and executing strategic plans across semiconductor construction, facilities, and manufacturing sectors worldwide. His career bridges two key perspectives: working hands-on with blue chip semiconductor clients in his early years and then leading the design and construction of advanced manufacturing facilities (fabs) for those same clients in the latter half. Over the past decade, he has spearheaded multiple successful projects and initiatives. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Richie is passionate about continuous improvement, productivity, and structured delivery. He will be sharing global insights and practical strategies for retrofitting advanced manufacturing and semiconductor facilities—demonstrating how process-driven leadership and operational excellence can unlock resilience, adaptability, and long-term growth.
