Jocelle Lovell is Director of Inclusive Communities at Cwmpas, where she leads national programmes on digital inclusion, housing. Jocelle heads up Digital Inclusion iWales, embedding digital inclusion into organisational strategies across public, private, and third sectors. With over a decade of experience in community development, Jocelle has shaped policy and practice through Welsh Government-funded initiatives and now contributes to UK-wide strategy as a member of the Digital Inclusion Action Committee, co-chairing its Local Delivery Subcommittee. Jocelle’s work champions equitable access to technology, focusing on confidence, skills, and motivation for individuals and organisations. Jocelle is passionate about cooperative values and creating sustainable, inclusive communities through digital empowerment.
