Aidan Taylor - Director, Medrau Maindee Makers CIC
Aidan is a founder of Newport Makerspace, a project by Medrau Maindee Makers CIC. Newport Makerspace is a well equipped community workshop for people to explore craft, making, and technology in a social setting. The makerspace has a membership model and is located in the Wastesavers Reuse Centre. Aidan is also Managing Director of HUG by LAUGH ltd. and designer of HUG, a therapeutic sensory device for people living with dementia, and a Project Manager for Maindee Unlimited, organising the Circular Newport network of which he is a founder.
