Arit Eminue is an award-winning Talent Management specialist with over 15 years of experience partnering with CEOs and senior leaders to build cultures where people don’t just show up, they stick around, develop, and do their best work.

Awarded an MBE in 2023 for her contributions to Further Education in the Creative Industries, Arit founded and successfully sold DiVA Apprenticeships, a recruitment and training organisation that supported individuals into employment with top brands like BBC, Warner Bros, and Sony Music. She led the BRITs and UK Music Apprenticeship Schemes, and raised £2.6m in government funding to provide young people with paid internships in creative businesses.

A sought-after speaker and contributor, she regularly features in top-tier media outlets such as ITV News and Times Radio. Through her consultancy work at All Things People & Talent, she created the High Potential Talent Summit, a leadership experience dedicated to developing the leaders of tomorrow, today.
