Ashley Rogers

Ashley Rogers is an Investment Manager at Foresight Group, where he sits within the private equity team and leads equity investments from the £50 million Investment Fund for Wales. Sector agnostic in approach, Ashley partners with ambitious, high-growth businesses across Wales, helping them scale and succeed through strategic investment and support.

Prior to joining Foresight, Ashley spent several years at Deloitte in their Corporate Finance Advisory team, advising companies and shareholders on M&A and growth capital transactions. He later joined City Energy Network following its sale to private equity, serving as Group Financial Controller to help professionalise and scale the business. Ashley brings a blend of advisory, operational, and investment experience to his role, with a deep commitment to supporting the Welsh business community.
