Brogan Williams

Brogan Williams is a ServiceNow consultant at de Novo Solutions and the inaugural graduate of the company’s Degree Apprenticeship Programme. Named Apprentice of the Year at the 2025 FinTech Awards Wales in September, Brogan pioneered de Novo’s apprenticeship scheme three years ago, successfully balancing his BSc (Hons) Digital Technology Solutions degree from the University of South Wales with real-world professional experience to graduate with first-class honours in 2025.

A passionate advocate for apprenticeships as an alternative pathway into technology, Brogan now serves as both mentor to current apprentices and brand ambassador for the programme, promoting it at local schools and colleges. His journey from apprentice to award-winning professional demonstrates his belief that apprenticeships offer superior preparation for the tech industry by combining theoretical learning with practical application, allowing individuals to prove their value while learning and building genuine career foundations from day one.
