Dai Lewis is a Programme Manager with the Offshore Wind Growth Partnership (OWGP), leading initiatives that strengthen the UK supply chain through business transformation and growth support, enabling companies to scale and compete internationally. As part of this role, he manages the Industrial Growth Plan (IGP) Strategy Board, bringing together key stakeholders across the offshore wind sector to deliver the IGP and drive long-term sector growth.
He also manages ORE Catapult’s Academic Engagement Programme, building collaboration between industry and academia to drive innovation and accelerate technology adoption. With an engineering background and extensive experience in programme development, Dai combines strategic delivery with technical insight. His work connects research, innovation, and supply chain growth, contributing to a more competitive, resilient, and innovative offshore renewable energy sector.
