Dr Declan Hughes

Research & Development Engineer at MicroLink Devices UK Ltd, with over 8 years experience in solar cell manufacturing. Started my technology journey during my PhD in Materials Engineering at Swansea University, before continuing my research into next generation solar materials as a Post Doctoral Researcher. I currently lead cross-functional initiatives, including the development and maintenance of a production management system, alongside internal IT platforms, security risk mitigation frameworks, Cyber Essentials compliance, and automated health and safety systems.
