Through his consultancy X8IQ.com, he works with founders, leaders and their teams to build clear strategies and market narratives that win investor confidence, attract customers, and accelerate expansion.
Eamon also works with the UK Government helping tell the UK’s innovation story to global founders. As a Dealmaker for the Global Entrepreneur Programme, he supports international startups to land, launch, and scale in the UK.
Eamon has founded and led several technology ventures. He built Motivii.com, a leadership and productivity platform used by GSK, Lloyds Bank, and Expedia, which he successfully exited in 2020. He also founded Digital-Labs, serving clients including Virgin, AOL, CompareTheMarket, and Ascential, and earlier helped launch Experian’s consumer and AdTech services.
