Emma Everard - Head of Customer Service , Wealthify

Hi, I’m Emma, and currently the Head of Customer Service at Wealthify.
I joined Wealthify in January 2020, after 18 rewarding years at Legal & General, where I built a strong foundation in customer service and risk management within the pensions industry. At L&G, I held roles ranging from managing a portfolio of pension schemes to complaints handling, quality assurance, and later, serving as a risk analyst.
At Wealthify, I was employee number 38, and it’s been an incredible journey to witness and contribute to the company’s growth. I initially joined to bring my pensions expertise to the Customer Care team, but my role has evolved significantly over the years. I quickly took on responsibility for managing complaints, progressed to leading the Customer Care team, and now head up the department, which now includes the ISA and Pension team, along with the Admin and Complaint Team.  I’ve been fortunate to play a key part in major milestones, such as the launch of cash accounts and the successful migration from WBS, which brought the management of our investment products in-house (with the exception of pensions).
I’m deeply passionate about my work and take immense pride in the progress we’ve made as a team and as a company. While there have certainly been challenges, they’ve made the rewards of seeing Wealthify grow even more meaningful.
