Eve Piffaretti

Eve is Head of Office ( Wales ) at Blake Morgan LLP, Solicitors and a Partner in the firm’s Commercial & Charities team. She has played a crucial role in continuing to drive further changes across the firm, as it has embraced technological change to boost efficiency and allow colleagues to focus their attention on continuing to deliver outstanding services to their clients.

Eve specialises in Public, Regulatory & Governance law with a broad practice acting for public, private and third sector organisations across the UK advising on public law and regulatory issues. She is a member of Law Council for Wales, The Law Society’s National Board for Wales and the LexisNexis Panel of Experts for Wales (Public Law) . Eve co-edits Sweet and Maxwell’s Mental Capacity Act Manual and holds an ISEB Certificate in Freedom of Information law . She is also a Guest Lecturer on the Nursing (Adult) and Nursing ( Mental Health) BSc degree course at Aberystwyth University.

Eve is Welsh, and proud of her Swiss heritage.
