Co-founders Jonathan and Louise Petrie started their retail journey two decades ago, running mid-market e-commerce and supply chain systems. Like many retailers, we faced a patchwork of siloed systems and disconnected sales, supply chain, warehouse and finance tools that didn’t communicate well. This caused friction, inefficiencies, and frustration. Eventually, we hit a breaking point. We needed a better solution and realised we weren’t alone.

That’s when Dot On next gen Sales & Supply Chain Management System was born. We wanted to build something better for teams like ours: a unified, intuitive system that works with retailers’ existing tools and processes. In retail, experience is everything, and our software ensures the data integrity retailers need to ensure operational excellence and seamless customer experiences.

Our journey has not been without its challenges. Relentless innovation, quality, and customer collaboration has been key, powered strategically by Welsh Government Innovation, Trade, and Accelerated Growth Programme support. This powerful combination fueled 400% growth, helped secure £1.25M in funding rounds, and earned them the distinction of being presented by the Department for Business and Trade to LVMH as one of Britain’s top retail tech innovators.
