Lesley Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of Welsh ICE, one of Wales’ leading hubs for innovation and entrepreneurship. A Chartered Manager and social creative entrepreneur, Lesley has dedicated her career to making entrepreneurship more inclusive and accessible to all. She is passionate about bridging the gap between the entrepreneurial ecosystem and those furthest from opportunity, helping people turn ideas into sustainable businesses that change lives. Under her leadership, Welsh ICE has become a national example of people-centred innovation – where technology, creativity, and community come together to build a fairer, more connected future for Wales.
