Steven brings over 25 years’ experience delivering complex, high-impact projects across the global manufacturing and industrial sectors.  As Manufacturing lead in the UK, he helps clients define strategic direction and execute capital programmes to drive both resilience and growth in today’s rapidly changing environment.  His expertise includes the retrofit and modernisation of manufacturing facilities, R&D centres, storage and distribution hubs, and large-scale industrial developments. Steve played a leading role on Arcadis’s Global Gigafactory Leadership Team, advancing cutting-edge manufacturing solutions that integrate electrification, Big Data, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies. His work ensures clients are equipped to adapt existing assets and operations to new market realities, regulatory demands, and sustainability goals. As the Arcadis’ Global Cabinet Lead for the Automotive sector, he can share best practices in retrofitting and resilience.
