David Evans joined Wrexham County Borough Council last year, after 20 years working for retail giant Tesco. From his career in the corporate world, he understands that data drives profitability, and is now imparting those lessons on the high street. His vision for Wrexham is an ambitious one, but one that couldn’t be more timely, with tourists, football fans and investors alike flocking to the newly incorporated city.
