“Iwan ventured as most into HR by accident, starting in recruitment and then evolving with the ever-changing demands and needs of the logistics and courier networks. Joining General Dynamics back in 2018 Iwan brings a wealth of 20 years’ experience to the Talent Acquisition and Data Analytical stance to the HR team.

Since joining the team and understanding the importance and focus that General Dynamics has to deliver a quality product to the customer, his drive has never been more focused to succeed in acquiring the best talent available.

Outside of work, Iwan enjoys time with his young family and has a passion for cinema, film and music.”
