Eleri Gibbon - Director, Services Partners UK, Microsoft
As a leader within Microsoft’s Global Partner Solutions (GPS) organisation and part of the extended leadership team for Microsoft UK, Eleri is responsible for a partner portfolio including Microsoft’s advanced specialised partners, telcos and breadth channel eco-system with a cross segment operating model across Enterprise, Corporate and SMB. Eleri is responsible for helping partners transform by increasing partner capability and accelerating partner growth with Microsoft field teams to help customers quickly adapt and transform during changing conditions by leveraging partner solutions across Azure, Security, Modern Work and Business Applications.
Eleri feels passionate about building diverse teams and enabling ‘Early in Career’ talent to grow and develop new skills whilst at the same time attracting external talent that bring a fresh perspective.
Eleri is the Regional Skills Lead for Wales, leading the plan for closer working with Public Sector, Education and Strategic Partners in Wales to leverage the Microsoft GetOn Framework which helps train people who are in education, those new to tech and those who have had their jobs impacted. It also helps advance the skills of tech professionals and help leaders who need to embrace new business models and deploy technology to drive organisations forward.
