Adam Thomas

Adam is a Geneticist with a doctorate in DNA mutational mechanisms. He passionately believes that the information stored within our genes, coupled with our growing ability to understand them, can unlock almost every aspect of the human condition.

He has worked at several institutions in the UK and Europe in both academia and industry. Adam founded Genletics to bring about a crossover between his professional expertise and personal, sporting hobbies after questioning if there’s a time of day when one’s body is biologically ready for maximal output. Adam, born in the South Wales Valley’s, currently residing in Cardiff, is of course, a massive follower of rugby.
