As a senior leader within DVLAs IT Directorate since late 2016, Amy has led her team in support of a comprehensive people-centric reorganisation and transformation programme. Amy and her team ensure that DVLA can Inspire, attract, retain and grow the right talent necessary to deliver best in class services quickly and cost-effectively.
Passionate about STEM and the inclusion of women in tech, Amy is a firm believer that motivating and inspiring people to realise their full potential is as critical to success as the quality of the technology or service being delivered.
Amy and her team take what has been dubbed as a “generational approach to building talent pipelines” recognising that organisations must take a broader view of skills development if Wales is to meet the skills needs of the future in a rapidly changing technology landscape.
