Dr Tony Bradshaw - Managing Director, Biosocius
Tony Bradshaw is the Managing Director of Biosocius Ltd. It is focused on understanding and developing the contribution different personalities make in innovative teams, primarily in the Biotechnology sector. Previously Tony led industrial engagement for a research institute at UCL and played a leading role in establishing the profile of bioprocessing in the UK, resulting in the launch of three new brands – MBI Training at UCL, bioProcessUK at the BioIndustry Association, and the apprenticeship programme ATAC hosted by the Cell & Gene Therapy Catapult. This was delivered as a member of the BioIndustry Association leadership team for 10 years and running the Healthtech and Medicines KTN funded by Innovate UK. In the last 7 years Tony trained as a coach at Henley Business School and helps companies define and implement people strategies and specialises in helping early career tech professionals make the most of their unique personalities, experience, technical skills and aspirations. A special programme MyFuturePlan, operating as a unit of Biosocius, focusses on supporting PhD and Postdoctoral researchers to make progress in designing their careers.
