Faye Perry - Head of Employer Engagement , Welsh Government
Faye has over 14 years’ experience working in a range of employability and skills roles within Welsh Government. In her current role as Head of Employer Engagement, Faye leads a dedicated employer engagement team, dispersed across Wales who assist businesses by providing skills and recruitment advice and support. This includes delivery of the Flexible Skills Programme (FSP) which provides funding support to employers to help drive Wales’ wider skills economy, focusing on priority skills needs identified by Welsh employers and industry representative bodies. Linked to this role, Faye also has a lead for Digital Skills policy in Welsh Government.
