Meet Jan Griffiths, a trailblazing figure in the automotive industry, known for her rebellious spirit and high-energy approach. Born in Bridgend, South Wales, to a farming family, Jan’s journey is rooted in resilience and determination. With over 35 years of industry experience, including a tenure as a C-suite supply chain executive, she’s recognized as one of the top 100 leading women in the auto industry. In 2018, Jan embarked on a new chapter, founding Gravitas Detroit, a company dedicated to reshaping the industry culture and paving the way for electrification and autonomous driving. Jan is the dynamic host of the Automotive Leaders podcast, where she interviews some of the finest leadership minds on the planet.
Earlier this year, Jan became the head of the USA hub for the GlobalWelsh organization. She is committed to connecting the Welsh diaspora and elevating Wales on the global stage.
