Jonathan Oates - Head of Clean Growth , Welsh Government
Jonathan has worked for the Welsh Government since 2005 in a range of programme delivery and policy roles. Jonathan has worked in the area of energy and climate change for over a decade, leading energy policy delivery and a number of large capital programmes such as the Welsh Government Energy Service and Warm Homes Programme. Jonathan has in recent years led all aspects of strategic climate change policy, and currently leads strategic Net Zero policy and Welsh Government’s interests in the UK Emissions Trading Scheme.
