Leanne Waring - Business Development Manager, Cardiff and Vale College
Leanne brings a wealth of experience in business development, specifically in the field of learning and development. Having occupied senior roles within a number of highly successful training companies prior to joining Cardiff and Vale College, Leanne now heads up the Business Development Team for CAVC.
Her role at the college sees her applying her skills, experience, passion, and enthusiasm to support Welsh Government priority growth sectors, where she and her team of sector specialists work in partnership with industry to identify skills needs and help bridge the gap between education and industry, helping to support business growth and shape future curriculums.
In the five years since Leanne was appointed to her role, she has developed a reputation for creating innovative and impactful solutions that empower the workforce, solve business challenges, future-proof the skills sets of employees and learners, whilst supporting communities across the Capital Region.
