Since becoming Tim CEO of Credas in 2021, Tim has transformed the business, establishing a high performance culture based on a foundation of shared values, and played a key role in turning over a significant proportion of the business to staff ownership – ensuring that the entire team can now share in the success of the business.

Leading the business out of the pandemic, Tim has overseen the development of Credas brand new enterprise platform, which recently won Product of the Year at the FinTech Wales Awards. In 2022, Credas became one of the first ID verification providers to be certified against the UK Government’s Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework (DIATF) and the company continues to work with various government agencies to develop the future of digital identity in the UK.
